Growth promoter for calcareous red algae, hard corals and mussels
aqua biotica corallina elements was developed to easily and effectively replenish the mass of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and strontium used daily in the reef aquarium. The organisms maintained in the aquarium are supplied with both dissolved and particulate forms of the minerals mentioned
offered. This variability increases the effectiveness of corallina elements by increasing the availability spectrum for a variety of different organisms.
The aqueous phase contains the elements calcium, strontium, barium and potassium in appropriate doses. Calcium and magnesium are also present in suspended form as particulate components. Due to the alkalinity factors present in corallina elements, both the pH buffer capacity and the pH value of the seawater are stabilized or increased.
A daily dosage of corallina elements significantly increases the growth and reproduction rate of corallinal algae ("calcareous algae") and thus ensures rapid colonization of the decorative materials, especially in young aquariums.
Stony corals and mussels use both the dissolved mineral components and also ingest the particulate forms. By dissolving the latter, corallina elements contributes significantly to the calcium supply of hermatypical stony corals and mussels (e.g. Tridacna species).
Dosage recommendation: Shake the bottle well and vigorously before use.
2 drops per 100 liters of aquarium water per day.
